At Chaser, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide an easy return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless caused by our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
